Re: HD Test Broadcast
Dear Residents of the Konaklar;
The shared broadcast of the site is provided as an SD (Analog) broadcast. To be able to watch a better and higher-quality broadcast, a 10-day test broadcast in HD (High quality) will be tried. In addition to the existing 72 TV channels, 95 HD digital broadcasts have been connected to the site’s shared TV system. A total of 95+63=158 channels will be viewable.
Residents who own a new-generation TV with DVB-C (Digital) capability will be able to watch 95 digital TV channels when they run an automatic search on their TVs. To watch digital broadcasts on TVs without DVB-C (Digital) capability, they will be able to watch digital broadcasts by buying a digital broadcast Box.
If the trial is successful, the price of a digital broadcast Box is between 250 – 400 TL per unit and it can be obtained from the company that provides our infrastructure service.

Re: Indoor Pool Renovation
Dear Residents of the Konaklar;
Because of the general maintenance to be carried out, the indoor pool will be closed to use between 20:00 on Sunday 07.02.2016 and 17:00 on Monday 15.02.2016.
The works to be carried out within the scope of the maintenance are the replacement of the pool water, renewal of all joints including the indoor and children’s pools, replacement of grilles, and replacement of the electrical installation and bulbs.

In the inspections carried out, on the grounds that LimakTaksi did not comply with the provisions stated in the contract, the contract with Limak Taksi has been terminated by the Board of Directors as of today, 04.02.2016.
Re: Excess Snow Accumulated on Trees
Dear Residents of the Konaklar,
Because of the heavy snowfall, a great deal of snow load has built up on the trees. We think the trees may be badly damaged and their branches may break because of this. We ask you, our Dear Residents, to have your gardeners shake off the excess snow on the trees.

Because the pruning of tall trees that pose a danger due to severe southwesterly storms and winter conditions will be carried out with a CRANE on FRIDAY 15.01.2015 (TOMORROW), some of our streets will be CLOSED at the times specified below because of the pruning.
KIRLANGIÇ street between 08:15–12:00,

Re: Fireplace Firewood Sale
Dear Residents of the Konaklar,
Fireplace firewood obtained from the trees and plants pruned in the common areas of our site and in the gardens of the residences will be sold, valid from 04.01.2016, at the price of 15,00 TL per 1 SACK ( 20 KG ) of wood, for the benefit of the Beykoz Konakları Social Solidarity Foundation.

Re: Measures to Be Taken for New Year
Dear Residents of the Konaklar,
ADDITIONAL MEASURES TO BE TAKEN FOR NEW YEAR.
Because of New Year, the sports facilities will close at 20 00 and open on 01/01/2016 at 11.00, and will serve until 21.00 on the same day.
Newspaper, bread and garbage services will be carried out without interruption.
According to information received from the meteorological service, snowfall is expected for 4 days. For this purpose a snow-clearing team has been formed from Operations Directorate personnel and the necessary care will be shown.
In particular, residents leaving their vehicles in suitable parking places will make our work easier during snow clearing.
Electricity and water fault teams will serve on weekdays as planned until 22 00 at night.
Because of the New Year, no construction, renovation or landscaping work will be carried out on 01/January/2016.

It has been determined in inspections that the drivers of the residents living in Beykoz Konakları keep their vehicles constantly running and unknowingly cause air pollution.
The environmental pollution caused by constantly running vehicles harms all residents and the environment.
If deemed appropriate, we kindly ask that the necessary care be shown so that vehicles are run for shorter periods; thank you very much for your understanding.
