Type B

Type B residences are 484 m² gross and, in size, lie between type A and type C residences. According to settlement and need, these residences have two different plans, with open parking or a closed garage.

Type B residences have a stepped, fireplace-equipped large living room, a master suite, a sitting room that can also be arranged as a bedroom as desired, three bedrooms, a maid’s room and an attic suite, for a total of seven bedrooms, six bathrooms and two toilets. This suite unit has two levels and consists of a bathroom, a study and a bedroom. The space under the stairs can be used as a small kitchen and is connected downward by an internal staircase.
